About Warranty

What is your warranty for my product?

If you order 3D printing and 3D signage product from us, we offer a 14-day exchange on all defective customized prints and signage. You need to notify us in writing about any defects that occurred as a result of manufacturing, packaging and or improper delivery. Please read details on warranty & Exchange policy page.

What is your warranty on my 3D printer?

We normally have 12-18 month warranty on the 3D printer we sell, and 1-month warranty on consumables. Please read more details on Mech E-Store.

Can I request return on my broken part?

We know that the most of products are plastic and fragile, please use it carefully. We are not responsible for personal mistake in customized printed objects. If something broke, please contact us and we can discuss the reorder with discount price.

Can I change my design after I place my order?

We understand that prototype needs several revisions, if your request is under the stage of mid creation of customized prints, additional charges will be made.

About Exchange & Return

What is your exchange/return policy?

If you order the 3D printing product or 3D signage from us, unfortunately, we do not accept any terms of unconditional return or exchange, no matter used or not, as it is customized products.

If you order 3D printer, filament, 3d printer accessories from us, yes, we accept return if you don’t like it, for more details, please go to Mech E-Store.

If I receive defect items, what can I do?

If it is manufacturing and packing defect, we will notify and send a replacement as soon as one becomes available to ship.

Can I get my refund?

Yes, if the discretion was caused by us due to the availability, improper manufacturing, packaging, and delivery, in order to stand in good faith with us, we can provide refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to return shipper or disposed if accepted, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.

Can I sign a Non-disclosure Contract with you to protect my information?

To prohibit someone from sharing information deemed confidential, we will sign the non-disclosure agreement prepared by our client. We will maintain in confidence and will not disclose, disseminate or use any Confidential Information belonging to Company, whether or not in written form.
