Course Policy

Can I get refunded?

Yes, you can get full or partial refund according to our course policy.

Will I get a Certification?

For courses that are targeting for certification, you are guaranteed to take future sessions in the same course for free until you pass the certification.

What kind of laptop do I need?

We strongly recommend to use Windows PC for our courses. In any case, laptops should be no more than 3 years old with a minimum of 4GB of RAM. Monitor size is less important.

What is your approach in 3D education?

At Mech Solutions, we believe that 3D design is a skill for everyone. Our courses isn’t designed to teach everything you need to know to become an expert — that takes years of practice. It’s designed to teach you everything just enough to successfully become a 3D designer and be passionate about continuing learning through your life.

About 3D Pen

Why I need to let my kids to learn 3D pen?

The 3D pens can be used to make various 3D designs on papers or on the top of any other shape. It is designed to help your kids to build their imagination and creation.

My kids are still young, is it possible to let him to learn 3D pen?

3D pens can be useful to people of all ages and ability levels—even kids as young as 8 can use models specially designed to be safer to work with. We also think that by a responsible younger child under our supervision is fine.

I’m a teacher and I want to run the course in my class, can you provide some help?

We’re in the process of setting up partnerships with various educational distributors. If you are interested in organizing 3D pen class in your classroom, please email us here

Do I need to buy 3D pen?

It is not necessary, but if you want to play after the training, we suggest buying one from us.

Do you provide training for adults?

Yes, but we only let you know how to use it around 10-15 min.

About 3D Printing

What kind of training do you provide?

We have two types of training, 2 hour workshop and course for kids.

In the workshop, you will know have a general introduction of 3D printing and how to use the 3d printer, how it works, and how it can be used.

For course, it is used for young creator, we will let them discover the vast world of 3D design and see how designs come to life.

Which software do you use?

For design, we have three levels, the beginner level is using TinkerCAD, the mid is Fusion 360 and the advance is Solidworks (which is for adults only)

For 3D printing, we use Cura.

Will I need to buy 3D printer for the training courses?

No, it is not compulsory, but after the courses, if you want to buy 3D printer, we can provide a discount price.

What is Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional (CSWP)?

The CSWP exam is a comprehensive, non-proctored online exam that tests an individual’s ability to design and analyze parametric parts and movable assemblies using a variety of complex features in SOLIDWORKS, including design validation tools. The goal of the Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional Program is that it establishes an Industry standard by which SOLIDWORKS professionals are evaluated. This evaluation is completed using a fair, comprehensive test of your knowledge of SOLIDWORKS both in the areas of Mechanical Design and Design Validation. Completing the evaluation will accomplish two goals. First, on an individual level, achieving certification establishes you as a highly competent professional in the use of SOLIDWORKS. Second, for the hiring managers, acts as a valuable assessment to attest for the individual’s competency, thereby reducing the amount of time and energy required to research prospective candidates.
