All orders are subject to service or product availability within the allocated time displayed at the time of purchase. If the item(s) purchased are no longer in stock or we may not arrange time on the service, we will notify you via email and refund the funds in the manner it was purchased.
2. Delivery Location
Our location is in Toronto. Delivery fee suggested on our website is within Canada. We can deliver internationally, however, If your place of residency / delivery is outside of Canada and have placed your order, please be advised that delivery time will be increased.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once you have placed your order. Delivery times are estimates and therefore maybe subject to change for reasons outside of our control. Factors can include weather, delay in pickup, holiday, strikes and so forth. If alternatives can be made to ensure that your items are received in a timely manner, we will inform you as soon as we can. Please note days of shipping are regular business days (Monday-Friday). In the effort to ship all items at once some products may also be delivered in separate shipments in which you will be notified by our logistics team.
4. Delivery Fee
- For any service provided by Mech Solutions Ltd, the delivery fee is NOT included, the shipping fee is calculated by selected courier’s system and it will be included in the official invoice.

5. Damaged Items in Transport
