1.   General Policies

For different purpose of business, Mech Solutions Ltd accepts multiple ways of payment.

If you want to purchase our products you have the option of doing so at our online store E-store. Using either options of Credit Card, Interac Online, Paypal as your method of payment. Your shopping cart will initially show our promotional discounted product(s). The option to remove the item and proceed with other items is also available. In order to get this price, you must select and pay by the payment option displayed, then process the payment on the final summary page, your price will be based on our regular everyday low price, and that is what you will be charged if you proceed with the transaction. If you do not have permissions to pay online, you can also choose pay over the phone, or pay in-store, please call us +1 (905)-879-6324 or email us info@mechsolutions.com for your payment inquiry.

If you want to pay for 3D printing, 3D signage, workshop or course, design, simulation service on Mech Solutions Ltd, more options can be used to make the payment, which include Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Interac Online, Paypal, Interac Email transfer, certified cheque, TD direct deposit, and wire transaction. The final price is according to the official invoice. Purchase Order can be added on the invoice if required. You can choose pay online, over-the-phone, pay in-store, or bank transaction.

Cash

Cash is only accepted when you come to pay in-store, please note that tax is also included even if you choose cash payment.

Credit Cards

For all credit card orders, please provide additional shipping address if it doesn’t match your billing address. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Debit Cards

Debit cards are accepted if you have a Visa, MasterCard, Discover logo on your debit cards. You can always enter a debit card number even if system asks for a credit card. The card has 16-digit number and 3-digit security code on the back of your card.

Interac Online

Interac Online allows you to pay for your purchases easily and securely all you need to do is select this as an online payment method on checkout.

You will need to ensure online banking is enabled on your existing banking account and your payment immediately uses the available funds from your bank account, unlike credit cards where you may owe and have to repay later.

Paypal

Mech Solutions Ltd offers PayPal payment, as it is a faster, safer way to pay. You can either check out using your PayPal account to pay with PayPal balance, bank account, credit card or Visa Debit card, or send money to our PayPal account, which is info@mechsolutions.com.

Cheques

Payable to “Mech Solutions Ltd” certified cheque, bank draft, or money order accepted for new account; business cheque accepted for repeat customer with account only

Note: a returned cheque is subject to NSF charge of $20/item. This penalty must be paid within 24 hours added to the payment replacement by certified cheque or money order.

Interac Email Transfer

TD Direct Deposit

File # or invoice # is required for reference (No CASH or 1% service fee applies, much send in bank slif for proof)

TD Online Transfer or EFT or ACH

E-bank slip & invoice # are required by e-mail for reference. The bank details will be provided if accepted. Wire Transfer

Not accepted unless special agreement and surcharge CAD$20.00 apply. The bank details will be provided if accepted. 2.   Payment Safety

The security of your personal information is a high priority for Mech Solutions Ltd. We maintain appropriate security standards in an effort to protect your personal information in our custody and control, whether recorded on paper or captured electronically, against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Encyption Technology

Our Web Sites use encryption technology to protect your personal information during data transport. Such technology encrypts ordering information such as your name, address, and credit card number.

Choosing a Password

When you create an online account on our Web Sites, you need to select a personal password. To maximize your level of protection, you should choose at least 6 characters including a combination of both letters, numbers and special characters and a mix of upper and lower case letters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and any account information. Mech Solutions Ltd will never send an unsolicited communication asking you for your password.

3.   Cancellation

To cancel your order, simply call or email us with your Order# and Name. Please include your reason for requesting the cancellation. To ensure that your order is cancelled in a timely manner, calling would be the better option.

If your order is shipped prior to receiving your cancellation request, shipping charges will not be refunded to you.

All refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and typically take 3-4 business days on our end. Banks will take an additional 1-5 business days to credit back the funds. Please remain patient. Contact us if you notice an extensive delay in receiving your refund.
