Service Process

3D printing is our major business, we can design your project using CAD software like Solidworks and Fusion 360, and we have over 50 3D printers in our showroom to manufacture your prototype, miniature, gift etc.

We have 3D signs business as well, which is using 3D printers and CNC machine to make the letter box and business signage, which is different with traditional methods.

For kids and hobbyist, we provide short-term workshop and long-term courses to teach them how to design the project, how to use 3D printer to achieve your idea.

We also sell 3D printers, filaments and accessories in Mech E-Store.

We have created a course policy that tailors to training our customers and educational partners on multiple aspects of 3D pen, 3D printing, design and Solidworks. Mech solutions provides in-house training to customers and the general public on 3D printing. After you send us your model, our 3D printing experts will manually check your project to make sure it can manufacture it successfully. Once it is deemed to be viable for printing, we manufacture products using the most advanced 3D printing technology available. Then, we inspect the quality of each product, carefully package it, and send it your way.

Once you receive your order confirmation via email it will show your order number. This number is what you can use to get your shipment tracking number. Email or call us and we can provide you with the shipment tracking number as sometimes it is generated later upon placing your order.

Order & Payment

At Mech Solutions we have several ways to make your order, which include Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Interac Online, Paypal, Interac Email transfer, certified cheque, TD direct deposit, and wire transaction. To learn more about our payment methods and for assistance in setting up bill payment, please read payment policy.  

After logging into your account, go to your shopping cart. You will be available to cancel your order and make the necessary changes you need to make.

If you order it over the phone or email, please call or email us to confirm the cancellation of your order.

If you have placed your order and payment has been made and you want to cancel, simply call or email us with your Order# and Name. Please include your reason for requesting the cancellation. To ensure that your order is cancelled in a timely manner, calling would be the better option. If your order is shipped prior to receiving your cancellation request, shipping charges will not be refunded to you.

Please be advised we do not offer refunds for items that are not defective. The best option we can provide is a store credit.

Delivery & Pick up

The usual ETA for our orders are between 3-5 business days. This excludes weekends & statutory holidays. We send out our products during our business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:30-5:30pm)

When you select an order online, in the shipping section there is an option to choose different shipping method with different cost.

If you come during our working time, which is Monday to Friday, 9.30-17.30 EST, you do not need make an appointment, however, if you want to come during weekend, please come after you get the approval.

We aim to provide adequate services to our customers however there are certain factors that might impede on our ability to stick with our standard ETA. For more information on what those might be please look at our delivery policy.

Warranty & Protection

If you order 3D printing and 3D signage product from us, we offer a 14-day exchange on all defective customized prints and signage. You need to notify us in writing about any defects that occurred as a result of manufacturing, packaging and or improper delivery. Please read details on warranty & Exchange policy page.

If you order the 3D printing product or 3D signage from us, unfortunately, we do not accept any terms of unconditional return or exchange, no matter used or not, as it is customized products.

If you order 3D printer, filament, 3d printer accessories from us, yes, we accept return if you don’t like it, for more details, please go to Mech E-Store.

If it is manufacturing and packing defect, we will notify and send a replacement as soon as one becomes available to ship.
